The buyers of my home insisted on using this company. It was a terrible experience, I don't recommend them. The staff was incredibly rude and didn't have things in order. I drove over a hour for the closing then they were not ready for the scheduled time. I had to wait 4 hours. The absolute worst title agency I've ever dealt with. The pandemic closing was beyond ridiculous. And they were complacent in the realtors illegal tactic of sending the buyer money after closing via venmo in order to "close". Of course both of the realtors didn't have the cohones to show up to the closing either(core real estate/delicious real estate).

We used this company because the buyers wanted it. This is one of worst experiences. I sold my house in a cash transaction on June 7th and used Great American Title company for the closing, but the title was not changed to Franklin County in the new owner's name until August 30th, so a water bill came to me. I found out about this on September 7th, and when I called to resolve the issue, they did not answer and even when I requested documents by email, they sent me the wrong documents. I did not receive the final document with both signatures until September 11th. It seems I’m met with a snotty attitude and just lack of respect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE OR BUSINESS. BUYER/SELLER BE AWARE!
